Samar Najd
Samar Najd is a Saudi real estate group bringing together property development, contracting, engineering consultancy and project management under one unified identity.
The group needed an Arabic-first corporate website that reflects the heritage of Najd while presenting a modern, world-class real estate ecosystem made up of three independent companies.
The site was built on WordPress with Elementor, with full right-to-left (RTL) support, cinematic imagery and smooth scroll animations that give the brand a confident, premium feel.

Challenges
Representing a multi-company real estate group in Arabic, with a strong local identity and international standards, brought several challenges.
- Delivering a flawless right-to-left (RTL) Arabic layout across all devices
- Presenting three separate companies as one clear, unified ecosystem
- Balancing traditional Najdi heritage with a modern corporate look
- Keeping animation-heavy, image-led pages fast and smooth
- Allowing the team to update services and projects without a developer
Solution
A bespoke, Arabic-first WordPress build that pairs heritage-inspired visuals with clean, modern structure.
- Built a fully RTL Elementor layout with carefully tuned Arabic typography
- Designed an ecosystem section that explains how each group company fits together
- Used cinematic night-time imagery and subtle GSAP animations to set a premium tone
- Structured services – development, design, construction and project management – into clear sections
- Optimised assets and animation timing for smooth performance on mobile
Result
- A distinctive Arabic corporate website aligned with the group's ambitions in the Kingdom
- A clear story of one ecosystem made up of specialised companies
- A premium brand impression that blends heritage with modern design
- Fully responsive RTL experience across desktop, tablet and mobile
- An easily managed site that grows with new projects and services
